(TOMS RIVER, NJ) -- Teens, get ready for the biggest party of the summer! "Happy Birthday, Harry Potter!" will be held in Mancini Hall of the Ocean County Library Toms River Branch on Friday, July 28. There will be lots of activities, including a Sorting Quiz to determine your House, plus wands, potion necklaces, and pygmy puffs to make. Some edible treats might contain potential allergens. The event runs from 3:00pm to 4:30pm.
